Santa Pictures at Prairie Hills Mall
The purpose of Santa pictures is to raise money for the Best Friends Mentoring Program. Santa pictures began the weekend before Thanksgiving and ran every weekend after that until Christmas, and included the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before Christmas. Overall, more than 40 individuals volunteered for Santa picture shifts, totaling over 200 hours of time volunteered. A total of 791 pictures were taken during 2009 season.
